[Enhancement] Allow drag-and-drop of cue files into play queue #576

It would be useful to allow drag-and-drop of the cue files as well as separate 
files.

No, this would be a pain to do - and I dont use cue files. Dont really see the 
point of them. FLAC is lossless, MPD has gapless playback - so no reason not to 
just have separate files.

Also; a) I'm not sure how MPD handles cues passed as local non-DB files, b) 
Cantata's internal HTTP server would need updating to support this.

Sorry, way too much hassle for something I do not use. However, as always, I 
will gladly accept patches.
