[PATCH] Unbreak compilation with ENABLE_PROXY_CONFIG=ON for Qt5 #656

Though I don't completely get why a copy of the Qt5-version is needed for Qt4 - 
Is QNetworkProxyFactory::ystemProxyForQuery buggy in some way in Qt4? Is it a 
workaround for a specific version of Qt4?
