[x] Ongoing transactions - List properties with UnderOffer sale
[ ] Key dates and deadlines for transactions - Displaying upcoming dates . Would be nice to display in calendar form as well.
[x] Yearly business - Number of transactions in the year so far.
[ ] agents performance stats. Commission earned - topsellets
[x] Recent notes
[ ] Recent File updates

For recent file updates, probably need to add a log to the model.
