What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing a Mini-game in Mario Party
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Being able to play mini-games without any graph disturbance

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Wii64 Beta 1.1 Wii 4.1U

Please provide any additional information below.

The screen turn to black, to return to normal but really fast and it's just 
annoying for the player

try turning on the framebuffer textures.

When i turn on the Framebuffer, the games don't work anymore :S

Not CPU Framebuffer... enable Framebuffer Textures.
