Patch to present google suggestion without changing textbox content

While using rosetta to QA existing translations, our translators found it 
helpful to be able to use google's suggested translation as a reference. The 
following patch alters rosetta to provide a 'suggest without replacement' and 
puts the response in a div below the textbox.
