Show "NI Binary Git Diff" button on new AzDO PR UI #141

NI: Make "NI Binary Git Diff" button works with the new AzDO Pull Request Experience Bump the version from 2.52.0 to 2.52.1

Tested the updated script on: Google Chrome 89.0 (64-bit) Mozilla Firefox 86.0 (64-bit)

Potential issue: AzDO Live Update gets interrupted when the button is clicked (on Firefox only), but may be restored automatically soon after
