Feat: Display Agent Arbitration Status #195

Justification

We internally make use of agent properties to coordinate deployment/updates/cleanup.

Implementation

Query for agent properties when getting pool agent information
If atNI, display such properties (which we call "Agent Arbitration")
By default this feature is off, and can be enabled from Violentmonkey menu.
