Add resizable pane info to the README and update notification #237

Justification

I didn't notice that the left pane in the build results logs view is now resizable until I looked at the Git history for this script.

Implementation

Update the README and update notification.

Testing

The README looks good and the image is rendered correctly. The update notification also looks correct: image
