Description Enhance the recipe API to attach an image during recipe creation.

Use case

[x] We need to be able to upload images.
[x] We need to save images on the server.
[x] We need to retrieve images.

Interface Changes There will be changes on the followings endpoints:

Get user recipes
Retrieve menu
Retrieve menus
Retrieve recipe
Retrieve recipes
Create recipe
Delete recipe
