Thank you very much for your tool. I have a question: I am working with Drosophila species. How should I set the -sp parameter?

Hi @mili-ai

Thanks for using the tool! Since Drosophila is a bit distant from those three references (human, mouse and chicken), my take is that any of the results should be valid enough.
