Add a new ViewPart with an external vision of CC effects over a single use case.
Refactor the Page in REAEditor to implement it.
Remove the latter page from the editor, leaving just the new ViewPart
Link the ViewPart with the Visualiser Contribution plugin - mainly, the 
visualiser color selector -

The link with the visualiser contribution plugin is already done. Yet, the 
separate viewpart remains as todo.
