Translate to Korean. #470

Hi. I'm a student at Kwangwoon University in South Korea. Can I do a translation to Korean for who can't read English?

Do you mean as a fork of the library? Sure, you can do that. Depending on what you want to translate, the workload will be very high though. Especially the API contains a lot of text. And both the API and RTD docs can change quite often, so this is not a project that is done once and then not touched anymore. It is continuous work.
