Indenting a whole doc remove <?xml?> tag #8

Hi Alex

Just noticed a new thing. If I use the command on a whole doc (that is w/o selecting anything), it removes the <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?> Tag at the beginning of the doc.
