Hi

How can I build it on Linux?

Is this project allow me to play Simcity 2000 natively on Linux?

This is a Windows application because it patches the Windows 95 version of SimCity 2000. I also don't believe there was ever a native Linux port for SimCity 2000, therefore it will cannot run natively on Linux (you would need an emulator, or emulation layer such as Wine).
