Add delete button to parameters/headers [Possibility to delete parameters] #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a parameter
2. Execute a request
3. Try to execute a new request with less parameters

A delete button on parameter could solve this problem. It'll be easier than 
cloing and reopening the window each time we want to reset parameters

Select the parameter in the list and hit the delete key.  Let me know if that 
doesn't work for you.

It works perfectly ! The problem is ergonomic so ! It's not clear !

I'll mark this as an enhancement to add something (e.g. a delete button) to 
make it more clear.  The listbox control may not let me do that so easily.
