Background color does not remains as selected. #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Document and Create Page
2. Change Page Background Color.
3. Save And Close document.
4. Reopen document. Background color does not remains as selected.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Background color should remain as selected. I see Transparent Background.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.2 Build 0. Working on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

Also Version 1.3beta MacOS 10.6.8 Firefox 7.0.1 Background color remains 
transparent despite selection of solid color
