pencil for FF7 #334

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. there is no installable xpi for Firefox7
2. if i change FXMAXVER and XRMAXVER and rebuild it looks like it's installable
3. still it doesn't show in the tools section

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect an starter button : )

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mozilla Firefox 7.0 on Xubuntu Oneiric
