Toolbar lost in mac os x #343

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start ff 7
2. look at the toolbar (see screenshot)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

toolbar is there, but isnt

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

pencil 1.3 beta, mac osx 10.6.2, firefox 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,

I have build pencil on OSX without problems (just runnign ant xpi)
the xpi cannot be installed on FF 7.0.1 - how can I fix it? Its b/c I
want to test the issue below.

In addition, build.xml still shows the version 1.2.
I would like to suggest it becomes 1.3-SNAPSHOT
