While switching between pages, the text input control sticks #411

To duplicate the issue, create text objects. Edit the text. Duplicate the 
pages. Create more text boxes. Duplicate the page. Switch back to previous 
pages and your will see that the text box appear again. You can click on it and 
press enter to make it disappear. It appears on all pages and sometime changes 
values on other pages.

When we change pages, it should clear all objects and reload controls on the 
page properly. I see that some controls left orphaned.

I used Pencil 1.3.4 on Windows 7 64bit SP1.

I use Pencil as an standalone app but I have tested with Firefox extension on 
Firefox 4.0.1 as well. Same issue appears there.
