Downloaded the mods and it won't show up in game

I've never downloaded mods on steam so I'm a little new to the concept but I downloaded the mod and tried to run the game. The mod never showed up in game and the mod menu never appeared in the main menu. Is there something I should be doing before running the game?

hey!

did you install it by pressing the "Subscribe" button? If so, it should automatically get downloaded when opening the game and it should be immediately visible in game. What are your contents of STEAM_DIR\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods?
