JUnit bom v5.8.2 and upgrade to org:hamcrest:hamcrest:2.2 #337

Upgrade from pure JUnit v4, to JUnit v5 vintage. Also exclude org.hamcrest:hamcrest*:1.3 from JUnit v4 and upgrade to org.hamcrest:hamcrest:2.2.
