Add Slovak translation #3

Hi, I added a Slovak translation for your app.

@tomz00 Hi, Thanks a lot for you interest in the app and for providing the Slovak translation, it's looking great. Could you please also add translations for the files full_description.txt, short_description.txt, title.txt? These files contain metadata for the D-Froid app.

These files can be found in the fastlane/metadata/android/en-US/ directory. So, please create a new folder (named "sk" for Slovak) next to en-US and place the translated files there. This would be greatly appreciated! There's no need to translate the changelogs or provide screenshots, as it would be challenging for us to maintain them. Please also delete any strings that have the attribute "translatable=false".
