UI/Graph - update graph to use plotly

Notes about the ggplot/plotly

• Error bars display weirdly.
  Opened an issue but found a workaround
• Negative values not displaying properly will need to create an issue for this or find another way to display that graph it looks like a workaround for negative values may be available.
• Hover text needs to be customized, because it uses the parameters to generate the hover text this doesn't work well with the current graph because the values have been modified to make the bars display in different directions. either need to customize the hover or find another way to display the graph.

Unable to get to get the negative values to display properly using the workaround. More searching has uncovered more information about this. This is a known problem, there is a workaround but haven't been able to get it to work yet.
