ARC support #15

What are your thoughts on ARC support? All my current projects are now migrated to ARC

I guess it's time to commit to ARC. I have updated EasyTableView to now use and require ARC. Please try it now. Those not up to date with ARC can use the project source committed on Mar. 1, 2012.
