Adding a playlist to actions #4

A strange idea came up. What if we add the ability to specify a playlist to the actions?

Starting the goal will launch the music from the linked playlist.

I think it should be interesting.

Use case, for example, when a person plays sports, he will be able to add music of the desired rhythm for each action.

Since we can have both local and global actions, I added the ability to specify the path at the action level and separately, at the action level in the project. I have no idea yet how this will eventually be implemented.
