[masurca version 3.3.5] question about conda support & FLYE_ASSEMBLY option #150

Dear Aleksey,

I would like to know if you support this particular conda release and if you could add the FLYE_ASSEMBLY option to the package?

Hi, I do not support conda. Please download and install MaSuRCA from the release page.
