MaSuRCA -3.2.5 slurm job #3

I am running MaSuRCA on a cluster which supports SLURM. what should I do If I want to submit multiple jobs for hybrid assembly with illumina and pacbio?

SLURM is not yet supported in 3.2.5

Hi,

There is a beta version of 3.2.6b -- I pulled the 3.2.5 version because it had problems.

Cool- I was going to start a 3.2.4 assembly but will instead try the 3.2.6b!
