Release 4.1.0 corrupted/wrong tar.gz file #311

Hello, I tried to download the last version of masurca and it seems there is an issue with the tar file. Is not a tar and it lloks like an HTML file.

You can use https://github.com/alekseyzimin/masurca/blob/master/MaSuRCA-4.1.0.tar.gz which is ok

I have the same issue downloading with either link. File that downloads is a "tar.gz" that is actually an html file (interestingly the two links give html files of different sizes)...

If you download the latest source from the v4.1.0 tag (https://github.com/alekseyzimin/masurca/archive/refs/tags/v4.1.0.tar.gz), it includes a full archive of the git repo including all the packaged version tar.gz files (Its a big download). The 4.1.0 compiled version that is included within is not corrupted.
