Masurca 2.3.2? #56

Is there any way to get the 2.3.2 version of Masurca? I tried the ftp site at UMD, but it seems to be down.

2.3.2 is many years old by now and I do not recommend using it. Maybe you meant 3.2.2?

So, there is a user on our cluster that thinks that 2.3.2 makes better assemblies than the current version.... what should I tell them?

The current version makes the best quality assemblies and has much fewer bugs.
