Refactor renderer control commands
- Rename some types to better match usage
- Don't emit control commands for each type of Rendering API call, but instead only emit commands for start of each render pass type and viewport.
Improve HashMap
- Add copy and move constructors and assignment operators
- Add const version for Lookup()
- Improve tests
