Printer placing blocks is buggy #142

It prints blocks fine but it always gets stuck on one singular block and starts placing ghost blocks. It is a bit annoying for huge projects hopefully this can get fixed.

The whole printer has been rewritten in 3.0. Reopen if this issue persists in the latest version.
