[Request] Support for Tag option for Sonarr and Radarr #105

Hello @aleksilassila ,

I've installed Reiverr yesterday, love your project. I would like if possible to be able to specify the tag option that i use a lot in Radarr and Sonarr. For that i guess you can have it in 2 places :

  1. In the settings view, under each of Sonarr/Radarr in the options
  2. When adding a movie/tv show, would be perfect to have Reiverr getting dynamically the tags available in either Radarr/Sonarr and showed as a popup dropdown menu to select which tag to use - because each tag uses a different source/parameters in arr tools.

The 2nd option for me would be perfect, don't know if it fits Reiverr philosophy. Hope this is doable and hopefully not too difficult to implement. Have a good day.
