feat: Add multi-languages support + Implement infinite scroll in LibraryPage #152

I've made a few corrections to the previous pull request on the multi-language part. image

I've added a feature that progressively loads the library as you scroll down. This feature makes the page load faster and avoids lags due to too many elements to load.
