What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.put the game in the SD or USB
2.Connect the HID on front usb port(or back for USB, I have tested both)
3.Load the game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Using the test dol, the controler is detected and all buttons works weel with
the configuration:
nintendont_wiiccusb.ini

but when I load the game twilight princess, the controler stop responding

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
I am using the last version from the svn at this time, on a Wii U (Wii mode)

Please provide any additional information below.
I have this adapter:
http://www.mayflash.com/Products/PCUSB/PC052.html
and a Wii classic controller pro

Does it work with a different game?

You say it stops working. Does it work for a time then stop or does it never
works in a game?

Does nothing on the controller working or only certin controls?

Run HIDTest v.6
What is the value at offset 0? Does it appear to be changing between multiple
vales?
If so what values?
Do the buttons appear to stay pressed when you hold them or do they switch
between pressed and not pressed?
What are the low center and high values for StickX, StickY, CStickX, CStickY,
Lanalog, RAnalog?
