Empty Spreadsheets cannot be converted to PDF, throwing exception


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Convert a Blank Spreadsheet(xls/xlsx/ods) to pdf

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output: A blank pdf to be generated.

Instead we see the exception below

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JODConverter 3.0
OpenOffice4

on Windows 7 machine. The same is tried on RHEL 6 as well, where the result 
also is same.
