CLI timeout option #67

The CLI converter should take a command line parameter to specify the timeout.

The attached patch adds support for a -t / --timeout parameter, specified
in miliseconds, to override the default 2 minute (120000ms) timeout.

so I'm
closing this one as duplicate.
