Fixed the language info a bit, added Serbian, and made a revamped version of my "Cool Surge" #23

A few fixes to the Info regarding the languages (including the ISO format), added Serbian, and a revamped version of my suggested new "Cool Surge":

This time, he matches the previous model a lot better, with a few fixes (including a bigger hand), all of the replacements was me making a few "detailed" fixes to the photo.

Currently working on a couple of other languages, this was just more or less a slight hotfix. Croatian is superfluous since there's virtually almost no difference between it and Bosnian/Serbian (at least nothing significant, just a few dialect things).

We won't be replacing the sprite for now. However, we will be accepting the translations. Your translation work is very much appreciated, thank you.

It's simply that we ask translators to keep translations up to date, and there was no way to contact you. Thank you.
