I'd like to fix a lot of mistakes in the translation (grammar, orthography and wording).
Added accents on upper letters (yes, French require this even though a urban legend says the opposite).
Fixed some erroneous wording.
Also, before merging I wanted some feedback regarding the wording of sentences that targets the player. FYI: in French there are two kinds of pronouns regarding “You”. There is « tu » and « vous ». The former is more friendly that you usually use with your friends and family and the latter is the more appropriate for people you don't know. In the translation there are mixing of them as you can see:
...
CONGRATULATIONS_TEXT "Merci d'avoir joué à Open Surge version $GAME_VERSION.\nTu veux jouer plus ?
LEV_DEMO_2 "<color=$COLOR_TITLE>Tu savais que...</color>\nTout dans Open Surge est personnalisable. Vous pouvez créer des niveaux
...
In my humble opinion, no one should use « tu » and is usually never written in games, websites and such (except for children) as it seems too-friendly for us and not correct. If you're okay with this I'd like to change it to the appropriate wording.
