Add German translation #7

I added a German translation.

Known problems:

Most demo level help text dialoges just won't fit into the text box. No matter what I do, I'm always one line short.
Congratulations screen isn't tested (a way to test it faster other than by playing all levels would be nice)

Minor weirdnesses (not real problems):

No umlauts in main menu (but German has fallback rules, so it's at least not wrong
I needed to be creative for CLEARED_LINE1, CLEARED_LINE2 because of string concatenation. But it kinda works. Translated back it's “FINISHED! ZONE X” where X is zone number.

Hints:

I used "1×" for OPTIONS_RESOLUTION_OPT1. English should probably also use × instead of X as multiply sign. It's in the character set.

A fast way to test all levels is via the options screen, as described in the English language file:

But that doesn't teleport me to the congratulations screen. I tried selecting Waterworks 3, but after completing it, I just return to the level select. :( Anyway, it looks fine.

All text must fit into their boxes (including texts of the Demo levels). It's not necessary to translate everything exactly "as is", but it is important to preserve the meaning. Please translate in the best possible way within the graphical boundaries.

OK, I managed it by dropping a few words that are not really important, but only barely. The main problem are the text boxes in Demo level. Maybe dynamic text (control names) can break it again. It's not easy to predict text length here. I think the help texts in demo should have more room. How about dynamically increasing the text box size?

Finnish translators will cry. ;-)

It will get you directly to the congratulations screen if you do what has been suggested. Highlight "Stage select", press right 3 times and enter. That will enable the debug mode.

We ask translators to carefully test all texts, keeping the visuals that are given.

Can you access the congratulations screen directly?

Sorry for my stupidity. I totally forgot about the "press right 3 times" trick.

The congrats screen looks correct. And the demo windows as well. And of course I tested the rest, if that wasn't clear before.
