Imports open_clip in Setup section and then adds option of LAION in Model Settings.

Updated the colab notebook's JSON to reflect the same edit in disco.py

This branch has now been updated to match the colab notebook I sent you earlier for testing - Disco_Diffusion.ipynb was generated with colab-convert
