Hey, the game works just great on OUYA including controller support.

Are you planning to release is in their market?

This vendor requires bank routing information and tax information, as it is for 
profit.

As such, this is counter to Frozen Bubble being free as in price and freedom, 
and in addition, it would blatantly violate the terms of the music license, as 
the music cannot be distributed commercially without permission or license from 
the original artists - which it does not have.

Thus, this game can not be featured on the OUYA unless the music is removed and 
Pawel and I wanted to set a price for the game, which I am not going to do.

Assuming the music is licensed in Creative Commons NC licence (or similar), 
this is incompatible. It should be stated somewhere that this is not pure GNU 
GPL v2+ package.

Anyway, there is possibility to remove the music. You did great job of porting 
the stuff and OUYA is a great platform. It would be awesome to have it there.

Some games are completely free on OUYA platform and only supports donations via 
OUYA payments which could work for this case. #justsaying

Frozen Bubble for Android is GPL v2 and v3.  Guillaume Cottenceau was 
particularly vehement about being against the "or later version" clause, but 
being v2 and v3 permits a wider degree of compatibility, such as with GPL v3 
and Apache 2.0.  Assets are not covered by the GPL.

The music is licensed under the Mod Archive distribution license.

You can try contacting HYND, Michel Racic, or Aleksander Fedorynski, but unless 
there is a way to submit a game without giving out banking information, I'm not 
going to touch it.

By the way, the README file and the comment at the top of every source file 
state this is work is licensed under "GPL version 2 or 3".
