Change the dark mode font color for hashtags #15

When in dark mode, the hashtags at the bottom of the tag aggregate pages are dark grey. An easy solution would be to inspect the element with the browser and modify the color property of the element under the dark support section of main.css.

Hey @Yashs911, awesome! Feel free to fork this project and submit a pull request with the change.

Just remember to clone this repository as well as the hugo-notice submodule by running the following command in any directory:

git clone --recursive https://github.com/alemorm/ucsf-radiology-getting-started.git

As for the Hugo version, I have used different versions (0.72.0 and 0.75.1) so I don't think there should be a compatibility issue as long as you use anything higher than 0.72.0. Just grab a precompiled binary for whatever operating system you are using (I use 64-bit Ubuntu) on their release page.

I will open a new issue to work on a more comprehensive contributing guideline.
