Resume previously stopped tracks. Auto pause resume #425

What do you consider a good addition to the application.

1. Describe the function

I'd like to be able to resume recording a previously stored track. Select a 
track and view it, then start recording as an addition to this track. As is can 
only start a new track.

Add Auto pause resume on power connected / disconnected. Currently there is 
start / stop.

2. Give an example on how this could fit with the current usage

A track could be for vacation hikes
Another for vacation drives

Allow continuation of tracks through power cycles of the device.
