Cannot pass login details, login incorrect #34

Hello, When I try to enter my login details it says login details incorrect, I'm trying to test if the conga 11090 works. Does this mean it's not supported? or can it be an other issue

I also have this problem, I agree with the question asked by the user and I also wonder if the project is still maintained
