password does not allow "&" #13

Hi, I had an authentication error integrating my ev charger. I changed my password to use an "!" instead of "&" and it worked. Tested on two different instances with two different ev chargers and users. Regards Dominik

Username and password needed to be url-encoded. This has been fixed in 0.1.12.
