Add KYC authentication for selected nodes #40

Some nodes would require a KYC authentication to allow users to stake on them. Every node with a registration_url property will use this process

@BjrInt what's the status of this ? Can we merge & deploy ?

This hasn't changed since 2 months, it's a simple frontend feature with little to none side-effect. I wonder why it has not been merged yet to be honest.
