Update docs to reflect v0.8.0 changes #89

On a general note: I'd prefer to take the two changed pages for explaining how AGGREGATEs and POSTs work and put them into https://github.com/aleph-im/aleph-docs, while deprecating the docs here. This will entail changing all links to the old docs to the new pages.

I agree with moving the docs to docs.aleph.im , however this also raises additional questions regarding the integrity of the docs.

@hoh Yeah, it contains some pages like "Sync vs. Async" that are now superfluous. I'm thinking about just removing those pages or replacing them with a note that since v0.8.0 synchronous methods do not exist anymore on the SDK.
