Require optparse-applicative-0.11.0.2 #50

The older versions don't play nice with the transformers-compat package.

Migrating from optparse-applicative-0.10` may require some work, but the changes are mostly straight forward. On the other hand forcing users to upgrade the transformers package would be much more disruptive.
