FEATURE: Grafana dashboard for Prometheus metrics #3753

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Now that we have Prometheus metrics it would be awesome to have a Grafana Dashboard.

Additional context Aleph team does not currently use Grafana so this should be handled by the community
