Fixes #168 update documentcloud to use new API #170

@sunu I believe that this gets most of documentcloud back up and running. The outstanding piece here is the author field. The new api does not seem to have this value for the document although it does have a user field that can be used to return the details of the person that uploaded the document. Is this the information that we're looking for here?
